Cornbread

Oven Temperature: 400 °F
Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup cornmeal
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon egg
- 1 cup milk
- 1/3 cup oil
Instructions
- Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl
- Mix all wet ingredients in another bowl; then pour into dry ingredients and stir until fully combined and no lumps remain.
- Pour into an ungreased 8x8 pan or pie plate and bake at 400° for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
